IF YOUR ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING. As the body is going through hormonal changes, it is more prone to infections and bleeding. Numbing cream that contain epinephrine can affect the development of unborn baby, potentially causing cardiac abnormalities. * If you are planning not to nurse please wait at least 6 months after delivery. As your body are going through changes it can alter the appearances of the tattoo.
INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ALLERGIC TO PIGMENTATION AND MAKEUP.
BOTOX AND FILLERS. You must wait 1 month prior and 1 month after. The manipulation of the skin has a small potential for affecting the outcome and lasting of your injection site.
INDIVIDUALS WHO USE TOPICAL STEROIDS, ACCUTANE, RETIN-A OR RENOVA. If you use Accutane, you will need to wait one year after your Accutane treatment is completed. Accutane alters the skin and makes it thin, dry, and sensitive. It also weakens your immune system so you will have to wait until your skin is back to its normal state.
INDIVIDUALS PRONE TO KELOIDS OR HYPERTROPHIC SCARRING.
INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE SKIN CONDITIONS ON OR NEAR EYEBROWS. This includes rashes, acne, sores psoriasis, eczema, melasma, varicella, rosacea, shingles, open cuts, wounds, etc. Not only does it compromise the surface of your skin and prevent an artist from working on an ideal canvas, the process can spread bacteria to other parts of the skin and/or worsen existing breakouts.
EPILEPSY. It is unsafe to undergo treatment in case of a seizure.
INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE TRANSMITTABLE BLOOD CONDITIONS LIKE HIV, AIDS, or HEPATITIS. The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. Medication can also affect results.
INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE HEALING DISORDERS OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. Medication can also affect results.
INDIVIDUALS WITH PACEMAKER OR MAJOR HEART PROBLEMS. The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. Medication can also affect results.
INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE CANCER OR ONGOING CHEMOTHERAPY. The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. Medication can also affect results.
INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE IRON DEFICIENT OR ANEMIC. Bleeding and bruising may occur during and after the procedure. It will reduce the pigment absorption as blood will push the ink and slow down the healing process. Retention can be very poor.
INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ON BLOOD THINNER OR HAVE BLEEDING DISORDERS. The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. Bleeding and bruising may occur during and after the procedure. It will reduce the pigment absorption as blood will push the ink.
INDIVIDUALS WITH THYROID CONDITION The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. They may become overly sensitive, which will make the procedure impossible and the results poor. Medication can also affect results.
INDIVIDUALS WITH VIRAL INFECTIONS AND/OR DISEASES. The risk of developing an infection is higher in people with compromised immune system. They may become overly sensitive, which will make the procedure impossible and the results poor. Medication can also affect results.

1). PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK. If you have cough, cold, fever, runny nose, sore throat, flu, or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness or if you appear sick, we reserve the right to refuse service and you will get charged full service price.
2). ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE $200 DEPOSIT. In order to book an appointment you are required to make a non refundable deposit with a credit card at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The deposit will go towards the remaining balance that is due on the same day of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will get forfeited.
3). 48 HOURS RESCHEDULING POLICY.

4). 24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY.
We kindly ask that if you are not going to be able to make it to your appointment, please extend us the courtesy of texting or email [email protected] to let us know at least 24 hours so that you don’t get charged a fee. (If you want to reschedule, you need to give us 48 hour notice prior to your appointment. Please read above information about rescheduling policy).
5). NO CALL/NO SHOW OR LESS THAN 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
You will get charged or billed 50% of the appointment amount. Please understand that when you don’t give us enough notice or no show to your appointment, we miss the opportunity to offer the newly appointment to another client.
As a courtesy, we will send you an email appointment confirmation right after booking and appointment reminder 3 days prior to your appointment date. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
6).15 MINUTE LATE POLICY. Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. Due to our tightly booked schedule, we are generally unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancel and you are required to make another $200 deposit to rebook.
7). PAYMENT POLICY. Your remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash and credit cards are welcomed.
8). PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
9). NO GUESTS ALLOWED INSIDE THE SALON. Due to cross-contamination and interruption, please do not bring guests or pets to your appointment.
This includes that you do not leave unattended children or pets outside the salon or in the car.
10).PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. DO NOT WAIT IN THE LOBBY. If you arrive before your appointment time, please text us to let us know you arrived. This is to minimize the amount of clients we have in the building.
11). CELLPHONES, IWATCH, and AIRPODS PROHIBITED. Your face is important to me and in order to give you the best possible results and service, it is important that your brow muscles are relaxed. To avoid distraction and cross contamination please put them away and on silent.
12).. BOOKING POLICY. Ombre Brows is a two step process consisting of initial appointment and 6-12 weeks touch up appointment. Touch up appointments are not included.
Clients are responsible to book 6 - 12 weeks touchup appointment separately on or after the DAY OF YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT.
13). HEALED RESULTS WILL VARY WITH EACH INDIVIDUAL CLIENTS. No guarantees will be made. Additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal desired results. How the skin will react is different for everyone and many factors are to be taken into consideration. Pre & aftercare instructions, skin type, overall health, healing ability, bleeding during procedure, diet, stress levels, facial products, skin treatments, supplements, medication, old tattoo, scaring, etc. all play a key role in how the pigment will hold, which is why it is important to know that more than one touch up may be required.
14). PRE-CARE AND AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS POLICY. It is the client's responsibility to read all information and instructions to avoid any misunderstanding and to get best possible results. You must follow these instructions closely to minimize bleeding, bruising, and postinfection.
If you do not follow all recommended instructions, and your brows healed extremely light or unevenly, and it is obvious that you have grossly neglected your brows, you will get charge an extra fee for additional work.
We reserve the right to refuse service if our terms and conditions are violated or if we decide in our sole discretion that it would be in our best interests to do so.
